The Classic Trench

How to wear trench coat

When I don’t know what outer wear to use the fail safe coat for me to grab is the trench. Not only it is easy to take off when the day heats up but it can transform a plain outfit from drab to fab. It can also be worn in different ways, opened or buttoned up but my go-to form is to tie the belt up. Sydney harbour blog Sydney harbour bridge blog

The trench coat is perfect for moderately cool weather and depending what kind of shoes I wear and added stockings, it can help me get through Sydney’s winter day even if I’m in the harbour area. My sis and I went to Luna Park one arvo with this classic red trench I got from years ago. I never let this coat go because I love the fuzz free fabric, the printed lining and of course it’s my favourite red colour.

Givenchy Antigona blog

As you noticed I have a new blog platform, I have changed from Blogger to WordPress. Coincidentally, this week also marks my 2nd anniversary for this blog. I decided to go with this layout because of its minimalist design. I can add and streamline categories in the top menu which is the easiest way to navigate. But the sad part is, there is no automatic migration of the published posts from my old platform, hence, I will manually add the old posts again. Another issue is that I lost all the previous comments but don’t fret my fellow bloggers, I know you by heart by now and will always remember your websites. Please give me some time to adjust to this layout and I will pop and visit soon. In the meantime, you can leave comments and let me know how you like my new layout. Thank you my readers and blogger friends for all the support. I appreciate it heaps 🙂
