I guess this week is the most exciting as people are rushing and preparing for the coming festivities. Be it a huge gathering with families and friends who are near and dear or a simple quiet moment looking forward to more sleeping in, I still consider this time to be my most anticipated time of the year.
Obviously, we ‘re enjoying warm weather down under and it’s not only warm it can go up to a scorching temperature like 42 degrees C. So now I’m stocking up on sleeveless clothing and shorts. These photos were taken last weekend when hubby and I celebrated our anniversary and stayed in Shangrila Hotel Sydney which I will do a review post soon.
Yellow has been a big trend this year and nothing screams sunshine than this colour. So I added this happy sunflower top to my wardrobe and wore it with a denim on denim look but the shorter version. I finished it with a white sneakers I got from Betsey Johnson when I was shopping at Macy’s in LA. Honestly, how captivating are these coloured pompoms, make you smile easily as soon as you see it.
Here are the Christmas decorations in the streets of Sydney that I captured today. Hope it sends you warm holiday cheer all the way from down under!
