I’m back with another Spring inspiration and this time I’m embracing Pantone’s colour of the year the Greenery. My knitwear might be more of a lime green yet this reminds me of the first days of spring when nature’s greens become alive and lush again. Such an invigorating and refreshing colour.
And where else to take photos better than the outdoors with lots of greens? Plus a bonus, not only greens we found but also a lavender patch. How cute is this combination really. I find shooting with nature the most fun thing to do. Natural sunlight, pretty nice backdrops just like the cherry blossoms on my previous post.
We shot these photos after celebrating Father’s Day yesterday. Hubby took me to the park where he frequented when he was young with his friends. It has a creek and a wild clearing you can easily play a footy or cricket.
About my outfit, I was wearing different textures with the knitwear top, lace skirt and leather bag and boots. I think it’s an appropriate Spring-y outfit for me, gives me that warm and fresh feel inside. A tip when wearing green is to pair it with neutral colours since green itself can be striking.
