Two of the biggest trends this year are the yellow colour and the embroidery. Unlike the embroidery which pretty much occupies half of my wardrobe, it is the first time I am sporting a yellow outfit in this blog. So when I got another chance to work with Sammydress I promptly filtered through their yellow outfits.
Hence, it led me to this yellow tree embroidered bomber jacket. I’ve been eyeing on this jacket earlier this year actually but it was often sold out. Then one time it was available again I just had to order it even if it’s in medium. Maybe it’s a bit loose on me but it still feels comfortable and is really warm. I just love this kind of yellow, it’s radiant and looks happy. What makes it more attractive are the little embroideries all over. I wore it in our local park while my toddler was playing around.
When I started this blog, one of my dream outfits to showcase one day is the tulle skirt. I’ve been waiting for the right one to come and when I saw this floral embroidered semi sheer dress I know I had to get it. This dress is all about being chic and trendy. The striking embroideries all around just make this mesh dress irresistible. And I had to bring it to Sydney Botanical garden with a massive views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge no less for the photo op. It was so windy when we shot these photos and the dress including my hair were flying everywhere.
I was wearing the same Valentino Rockstud shoes which look equally good in both jeans and dress. This just shows how versatile this kind of footwear is.
