If there’s one thing I miss so much about my last trip to NZ, it’s all about the snow, snow, snow. Albeit, there were many stunning scenery to behold, every turn in Wanaka was a delight but I just felt I didn’t have much time in the ski fields.
Probably because the ski fields were up in the mountains and my family and I were all scaredy-cats when it comes to heights. We’ve only conquered one ski field which was Snow Farm and almost the Treble Cone but backed out, see story here. But Snow Farm did a good job providing us with fun time skiing and playing snow angels.
It gave me a magnificent setting for my photos too, the endless snowy mountains as a backdrop is priceless, right? I chose to wear a monochromatic outfit with a splash of metallic to blend in with the snow to project an out of this world look. This puffer jacket was really warm and can you believe I purchased this jacket as soon as I saw it in January which was in the middle of our summer. I guess it’s the best time to score a good deal when it’s out of season.
This is my last post about New Zealand and I will leave you with some epic shots of the mountains and lake.
