I thank God immensely that our weather has warmed up a little bit, not freezing anymore in the mornings. Happy days are here again, give me 20+ °C and I’ll be dancing with joy. Now what to wear for transitional weather?
Well, I am a dressy kind of girl and I would choose to wear a dress at anytime of season if I can. Biker jackets are a go-to for semi cold weather and here I wore it with 2 kinds of dresses.
1. Flowy dress
Short flowy dress is girly, pairing it with a biker jacket adds more fun. Special mention, this layered polka dot dress is in trend too, I wore this on its own on NYE party this year. I chose to strut it this time with my Dr. Martens Jadon boots for that extra edgy vibe.
2. Bodycon dress
Bodycon dress on the other hand is ladylike and flirty but don’t limit this dress for parties or certain events only. It can be worn anytime even on the playground while looking after your kid. Pair with a biker jacket, you’ll be the hottest mom around 🙂 Kidding aside, this combo is a fun street style on the dressy side. I chose to wear it with black ankle boots to coordinate with the biker jacket.
I scored this biker jacket from Marshalls in San Francisco, been looking something like it for a long time with just enough combination of metal studs and embroidery. I opted to use red bags in both occasions to complement the red striking embroidery of the jacket. I couldn’t find similar piece somewhere but I found this nice one from Wikibuy.
