Cafe by the Sea

I’ve been wanting to have brunch in Celsius Coffee since I saw their yummy goodness loaded waffle in Instagram. Then one fine day my waffle dream came true, thanks to my niece and nephew who demanded me to get up early on a Saturday (whew!). You see, on Saturdays I get out of bed at 11am to make up for the loss of sleep during the week so this café must be worth it to be awake as early as 8 to get ready. What??? All for the waffles!

And for the photo shoot too since the place is located next to the water. It is a glass-fronted cafe on a ferry wharf overlooking Sydney harbour. I took my toddler with me and I was just thankful he’s so well behaved and was able to sit still on a long stall without falling. I guess the presence of beautiful water views make up for the absence of high chairs 🙂

For a weekend casual look, I was wearing a black mini skirt with shoe string design and a white shirt. I was so waiting for an opportunity to wear these lace-up ballet flats. Honestly, these flats are so comfortable that I didn’t want to take them off.

So here are the photos of the food I am raving about. My toddler didn’t eat the waffle at all, I guess it was too fancy for him. Taste wise, it is passable and the price is just right considering food presentation and the location is epic.
