Our summer is nearing to an end, by that I meant gone are the days when we have more than 30° C heatwave. Last Saturday probably was the last 33° C weekend so we grabbed it and called it a day in the beach. Seriously, how cute was this seagull behind me!
We went back to the same beach where we had my birthday picnic seen in my previous post here. We just love the area because of its high rock cliffs with a spectacular ocean and rock pool views. And also because it has a long stretch of beach that we never got to visit last time.
I always want to wear a white dress when I’m in the beach to reflect freshness and simplicity. This off-shoulder dress with embroidery and pompom trim from Sass was a right choice. And I discovered this coconut shell purse from the depth of my wardrobe, I guess it’s time for it to see the light of day.
Hubby took these photos while the kids were playing in the sand. He promised me to go to the beach with only the two of us, just chill, swim and have brunch in a café. It didn’t happen as we both felt guilty of not taking our toddler so we ended up taking our middle child as well. But it was a good day with no guilt trip haha.
This striped one-piece lace-up swimsuit is a nice addition to my swimwear collection, the colours just remind of me cotton candy. And how awesome is this photo with a captured helicopter!
This was in Maroubra, an eastern suburb of Sydney. I tell you, anywhere in Sydney has a delightful and buzzling cafes. We went to Zeebra café and had this amazing food, their massive cookies were a hit too, can’t go home without taking some of the Anzac cookies.
